          Lentheng Helen Mekgwe (known as Ntombi Mekgwe; born 21 October ) is a South African politician who was Speaker of the Gauteng Provincial Legislature from until Before that, she was a Member of the Executive Council (MEC) in the Gauteng provincial government from to and the third Mayor of Ekurhuleni from to She is a member of the African National Congress (ANC).
